Look out, Ralph!I'm trying to make sense of the coils on the bottom of the pan, and can't. What am I looking at?
I don't really know, Jess. The pizza came atop the coils. Maybe they are removable and the pizza goes on them and is lowered into the pan? Or, maybe they keep air b/w the bottom of the pizza and the pan so it doesn't burn/stick????
